Free shipping applies to all orders.
Delivery will take place at the address you have specified as your "Shipping Address" on your order. Please note that you must provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery of your order during business hours. We can not deliver to Post Office boxes or such-like. Please include a business name if the product will be delivered at a business address.
Orders will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Delivery will be by Australia Post or a major courier company.
Most orders are shipped from Melbourne or Sydney and the delivery times are determined by the delivery company but if you live in a metropolitan area you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 (business) days of despatch. If you live in regional areas you can expect delivery within 4-8 (business) days of despatch. It may take up to 10 (business) days to deliver to remote areas.
Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
Delivery details - such as whether a signature is required and whether the parcel will be left in a safe place or taken back to a depot for pickup if no-one is home to accept delivery - will be sent to you by email at the same time as the tracking information.
