We may ask you to provide photos or videos of  any damaged or incorrect items and will arrange for a replacement or refund. If we ask you to return the item, we will send you a shipping label so that you do not pay the cost of return shipping. Do not return any items before contacting us first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
