Refund policy

If your order arrives with damaged, missing or incorrect items -

Please contact us immediately by email (at admin@styledecor.com.au) if your order arrives with damaged, missing or incorrect items. We may ask you to provide photos or videos of  any damaged or incorrect items and will arrange for a replacement or refund. If we ask you to return the item, we will send you a shipping label so that you do not pay the cost of return shipping. Do not return any items before contacting us first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

 

If you change your mind and want to return your purchase -

Please choose your items carefully before purchasing so as to avoid the inconvenience and cost of returning items if you change your mind after purchasing.

( Important - Paintings and prints are specially 'made to order' and therefore we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns of these items.)

For all other items, you must contact us by email (at admin@styledecor.com.au) within 7 days of receipt of your purchased items if you change your mind and wish to return the items for a refund. Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging and unopened. Do not return items before contacting us to get the go ahead - we will advise you of the the address that you will need to return them to, at your expense. Upon receiving your return, we will check the items and, if satisfactory, we will refund your purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

If you need to make a warranty claim -

All items sold by us come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us by email at admin@styledecor.com.au. Do not return any items before contacting us first and getting the go ahead.
